| Abstract: | Based on the concepts,characteristics and development fields with priority,the strategic thoughts,aim and major tasks of new sci and tech revolution of agriculture in Hunan are put forward in this paper. At the same time,in view of the present situation and problems in the development of agriculture in Hunan,ideas of promoting new sci and tech revolution of agriculture are expounded. |
