敌百虫和吡虫啉对中华蟾蜍蝌蚪的复合毒性

摘    要:目的]为了评价吡虫啉和敌百虫对水生生物的复合毒性。方法]以中华蟾蜍蝌蚪为指示生物,研究吡虫啉、敌百虫以及这2种农药混合作用下的急性毒性。结果]在吡虫啉安全浓度下,敌百虫对中华蟾蜍蝌蚪的LC50值约为单剂的0.6;在敌百虫安全浓度下,吡虫啉对蝌蚪的LC50值约为单剂的0.4。结论]环境中低浓度的吡虫啉、敌百虫虽然不会对中华蟾蜍蝌蚪产生毒害作用,但会大大增强敌百虫、吡虫啉对蝌蚪的毒性。

Co-toxicity Research of Dipterex and Imidacloprid to Bufo gargarizans Tadpole
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to estimate the co-toxicity of imidacloprid and dipterex to aquatic lives.Method] The acute toxicities of imidacloprid,dipterex and their combination were studied with the bio-indicator of Bufo gargarizans Tadpole.Result] The LC50 value of dipterex under the safe concentration of imidacloprid was 0.6 of dipterex LC50 value to Bufo gargarizans Tadpole,and the LC50 value of imidacloprid under the safe concentration of dipterex was 0.4 of imidacloprid LC50 value to Bufo gargarizans Tadpole.Conclusion] Low-level imidacloprid/dipterex in environment had no harm on Bufo gargarizans Tadpole,but it would enhance the toxicity of dipterex/imidacloprid.
