| 摘 要： | 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)对全世界养猪业而言是一种致命的病毒性疾病。它是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起的一种严重的临床疾病,并且保持终身隐性感染的能力。PRRS也使我国养猪业遭受了巨大的损失,近年来尤其是高致病蓝耳病毒的出现,已严重影响我国生猪养殖业的健康发展。对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的免疫作用机制及防制措施进行了综述,旨在为其今后的防制提供新的思路与方案。

| Abstract: | Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS) for global pig industry is a fatal viral disease.It is a severe clinical disease caused by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV),and maintains the ability of lifelong recessive infection.This disease also makes China's pig farming industry suffered huge losses,in recent years,especially the emergence of highly pathogenic blue-ear virus,has seriounsly affected the healthy development of China's live pig breeding.The immune function mechanism,prevention and control measures of PRRS was elaborated,in order to provide a new idea for future prevention and control. |
