摘    要:针对粤北小白菜生产中复合肥选择及施肥不合理的现象,通过田间微小区试验,研究了3种复合肥对小白菜产量和营养卫生品质的影响,旨在为粤北地区小白菜生产提供施肥参考。试验结果表明,施用复合肥能显著提高小白菜的地上部分产量及总产量,尤其是撒可富和海德鲁;各复合肥处理间的小白菜可溶性糖、粗纤维无差异,但施云河复合肥的小白菜维生素C含量较低,而施海德鲁复合肥的小白菜硝酸盐含量较低;海德鲁复合肥处理的小白菜氮素利用率最高,其次是撒可富复合肥处理的,云河复合肥处理的最低。试验条件下,撒可富复合肥的施用效果与海德鲁相当,都可以提高氮素利用率,增加小白菜的产量,改善小白菜的营养卫生品质。

Effects of Different Compound Fertilizers on the Growth and Nitrogen Use Efficiency of Chinese Cabbage
Abstract:To improve the unjustified selection of fertilizers and fertilization,small field trial were conducted to study effects of 3 kinds of compound fertilizers on the growth,quality and nutrient use efficiency of Chinese cabbage. The results showed that compound fertilizers specifically Sakefu and Haidelu could enhance the products of overground and total output.There was no significant effect on the dissoluble sugar and crude fiber concentration.Otherwise ,vita?min C concentration was low with Runhe compound fertilizer.And the nitrates concentration was low after applying Haidelu compound fertilizer.The nutrient use efficiency of Haidelu compound fertilizer was the highest ,then was the Sakefu Haidelu compound fertilizer,Runhe compound fertilizer was the lowest.The nutrient use efficiency,products and quality could be improved by applying Sakefu compound fertilizer and Haidelu compound fertilizer.
