| 摘 要： | 为探讨火炬松树干形成层内源激素分离提取的优化流程,以火炬松为材料,针对火炬松树干形成层富含松节油和色素等杂质的特点,通过使用不同的提取剂,如乙酸乙酯、石油醚、正己烷和浓度分别为10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、80%的甲醇提取,经高效毛细管电泳检测,确立了以30%的甲醇为提取液的火炬松树干形成层内源激素的提取优化流程,并利用该流程对不同倾斜角度的火炬松内源激素进行提取测定。结果表明,该方法可以同时分离提取测定5种内源激素,如脱落酸(ABA)、吲哚-3-丁酸(IBA)、玉米素(ZT)、吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)和赤霉素(GA),平均回收率分别为100.02%、95.23%、96.56%、101.13%和103.12%。
