细菌菌株NYC-3降解苯酚特性研究

摘    要:目的]探讨细菌菌株NYC-3降解苯酚的特性。方法]摇床处理18和24h试验中,利用HPLC测定从化工废水中分离出的3株细菌培养液中的苯酚含量,计算苯酚降解率,比较降解苯酚的特性。通过模拟SBR工艺试验,研究3株菌的苯酚降解能力,并对苯酚降解优势菌株NYC-3进行细胞形态及生理生化特性分析。结果]摇床处理试验表明,24h时3株菌株的苯酚降解率均达到较高水平,以菌株NYC-3的苯酚降解率最高,降解率为99%,菌株JHC-1和HFC-1的分别为82%和94%。在SBR模拟试验中,菌株NYC-3的总化学耗氧量变化最大,CODCr值从210.33mg/L降为27.78mg/L。根据NYC-3的细胞形态与生理生化特性,按照伯杰氏细菌系统鉴定手册,初步鉴定该菌株属于假单胞菌属。结论]摇床试验和模拟SBR试验均证实,菌株NYC-3降解苯酚的能力最强。

Study on Phenol-degrading Characteristics of Bacterial Strain NYC-3

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to discuss the phenol-degrading characteristics of bacterial strain NYC-3.Method] In shaker treatment test at 18 and 24 h,the phenol content in the culture liquid of 3 bacterial strains separated in the wastewater from the chemical industry was detected by HPLC,their degrading rate of phenol was counted and their phenol-degrading characteristics were compared.The phenol-degrading ability of 3 bacterial strains was studied through SBR process simulation test and the cell morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics were analyzed on the phenol-degrading dominant strain NYC-3.Result] The shaker treatment test showed that the degrading rate of phenol for 3 strains treated at 24 h reached better level,in which,the strain NYC-3 had the highest degrading rate of phenol,and its degrading rate was 99%,and that for strain JHC-1 and HFC-1 were 82% and 94%.In the SBR simulation test,the total chemical oxygen demand for the strain NYC-3 showed best change,with the CODCr value dropped from 210.33 mg/L to 27.78 mg/L.Based on the cell morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics,it was preliminarily identified that the bacterial strain NYC-3 was Pseudomonas according to the identification manual of Bo Jieshi bacteria system.Conclusion] The shaker test and SBR simulation test all affirmed that the strain NYC-3 had strongest phenol-degrading ability.
