凉山烤烟氯含量状况及其与烟叶质量的关系分析

摘    要:通过分析四川凉山州8个主要植烟县(市)408份烟叶样品的测试数据,运用多重比较、线性回归和灰色关联度分析方法,研究了凉山烤烟氯含量状况及其与烟叶质量的关系。结果表明:凉山烟叶氯含量平均值为0.32%,变幅为0.01%~0.82%,烟叶氯含量整体表现为偏低;不同部位间,氯含量的高低顺序为:下部叶中部叶上部叶,相邻部位间差异不显著;红花大金元烟叶氯含量与云烟87差异不显著,与云烟85的差异达显著水平;黄壤土烟叶氯含量与火石土烟叶氯含量差异不显著,与水稻土烟叶氯含量差异达1%极显著水平;西昌和普格烟叶氯含量较高,越西最低;烟叶氯含量与外观质量中的叶片结构、颜色、身份、油分和色度相关性显著,与成熟度的相关性不显著;烟叶氯含量与烟叶物理特性中的叶长、单叶重、填充力等指标相关性显著,与厚度、含梗率相关性不显著;烟叶氯含量与还原糖、总糖呈显著正相关,与钾含量呈显著负相关,且差异达极显著水平;烟叶氯含量与烟气各指标的关系相关性不显著,且关联度均较低。

Abstract:Using multiple comparison , linear regression and gray correlation analysis methods , the chlo-rine contents of 408 tobacco leaf samples from 8 main tobacco planting areas in Liangshan of Sichuan Province and their correlations with tobacco leaf quality were analyzed .The results showed that the average chlorine content of Liangshan tobacco leaves was 0 .32%with the range of 0 .01%~0 .82%, so the overall perform-ance was lower .The average chlorine contents in different parts ranked as lower leaf >middle leaf >upper leaf, and the differences between adjacent parts were not significant .The chlorine content of Honghuada-jinyuan was not significantly different with that of Yunyan 87 , but was significantly different with that of Yun-yan 85 .The tobacco chlorine content in yellow loam was not significantly different with that in flint soil , but was 1%highly significantly different with that in paddy soil .The chlorine contents of Xichang and Puge were higher, and that of Yuexi was the lowest .The chlorine content was significantly correlated with tobacco ap-pearance qualities, such as leaf structure , color, body, oil and chroma, but not significantly correlated with maturity.The chlorine content was significantly correlated with leaf length , single leaf weight , filling power and other indicators of tobacco physical characteristics , but not significantly correlated with thickness and stem ratio.The chlorine content was significantly positively correlated with reducing sugar and total sugar content , but highly significantly negatively correlated with potassium content .The correlations of chlorine content with smoke indexes were not significant , and the correlation degrees were all very low .
