硝基控释肥对马铃薯生长、产量及品质的影响

摘    要:通过田间小区试验,研究硝基控释肥中不同硝态氮含量对马铃薯生长发育、产量及品质的影响。结果表明,与农民习惯施肥及普通控释肥相比,硝基控释肥能明显促进马铃薯生长发育、叶片SPAD值及干物质量累积,从而提高了马铃薯大薯率、单株薯重和经济产量。其中以4%硝态氮含量的硝基控释肥处理马铃薯各项指标最好,其产量较农民习惯施肥和普通控释肥分别提高了12.5%、6.8%。此外,施用硝基控释肥可以改善马铃薯块茎品质,增加块茎中淀粉、粗蛋白、还原糖、VC含量,对硝酸盐含量的影响不显著。

Abstract:The plot experiment was conducted in field to study the effects of different nitrate nitrogen contents in nitro controlled-release fertilizers (nitro CRFs)on potato growth,yield and quality.The results indicated that compared with the farmer’s conventional fertilization and normal CRF,the nitro CRFs could ef-fectively promote the growth,leaf SPAD value and dry matter accumulation of potato,thereby increasing the rate of big tuber,tuber weight per plant and economic yield.Among which,the nitrate nitrogen content of nitro CRFs as 4% was the best,and it could increase the potato yield by 12.5% and 6.8% compared with the farmer’s conventional fertilization and normal CRF.In addition,the application of nitro CRFs could also im-prove the quality of potato tubers,such as increasing the content of starch,crude protein,reducing sugar and VC,but had no significant influence on nitrate content.
