摘    要:试验目的是从肉鸡的肠道内容物及排泄物中筛选出具有铅抗性的细菌,用于重金属铅的去除。采用涂布平板技术从采集的样品中共分离筛选到8株具有较好铅抗性和吸附性的菌株,其中JT1菌株对铅的抗性(800 mg/L)和去除能力(66.95%)最高。通过培养特征、形态观察、生理生化鉴定、16S rDNA序列分析等方法证明,所得JT1菌株为屎肠球菌(Enterococcus faecium)。该菌株可以在10~45℃、pH 4.5~9.6、6.5%NaCl溶液、0.8%胆盐、0.1%胰蛋白酶浓度条件下生长良好。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to isolate and identify lead -resistant lactic acid bacteria from chicken intestinal content and excreta for removal of lead .Eight strains were isolated from the collected sam-ples by spread plate technique using MRS agar media supplemented with lead .The selected JT 1 strain showed the highest lead resistant (800 mg/L) and removal efficiency (66.95%).The results of morphology observa-tion, differential cultivation, physiological and biochemical identification and 16S ribosomal deoxyribonucleic acid sequencing data showed it could be identified as Enterococcus faecium, and it could grow well under the conditions of 10~45℃, pH value as 4.5~9.6, 6.5%NaCl, 0.8%bile salts and 0.1%trypsase.
