摘    要:对11份辣椒品种(系)的生物学性状、商品性状和品质性状进行测定分析,并对辣椒果实的单果重、果长、果肉厚和果形指数4个果实形态性状与6个品质性状的相关性进行分析。结果表明:不同品种间的品质性状差异显著,同时淘汰70#、30#和12#品种;干物质、可溶性蛋白、维生素C和辣椒素与果实形态性状呈负相关,而可溶性糖、辣椒红色素与果实形态性状呈正相关。

Abstract:The biological , commodity and quality characters of 11 hot pepper germplasm resources were determined and analyzed in this paper .The correlation of four fruit morphological characters , single fruit weight, fruit length, fruit width and fruit shape index , with six quality characters were analyzed , too.The re-sults showed that there were significant differences in quality characters between different varieties , and the va-rieties, 70#, 30#and 12#were eliminated.There was negative correlation between fruit morphological charac-ters and dry matter , soluble protein , VC and capsaicin contents .But the content of soluble sugar and capsicum red pigment was positively correlated with the fruit morphological characters .
