南方红豆杉嫩枝扦插技术研究

摘    要:为了探索南方红豆杉嫩枝扦插的最优条件,解决南方红豆杉的繁殖难题,本研究拟通过激素、消毒时间、激素处理时间、插穗年龄和扦插基质等5个因素对南方红豆杉扦插愈伤率、生根率、根长和根数的影响,研究南方红豆杉的扦插技术。结果表明,激素、插穗年龄和扦插基质对红豆杉的扦插影响较显著,消毒时间和激素处理时间对扦插生根的影响不显著。南方红豆杉最优扦插组合为:A2B1C1D2E1,IBA 1000 mg/L+高锰酸钾消毒30 s+激素浸泡30 s+成年树插穗+泥炭:珍珠岩体积比为1:1基质。

Technical Studies of Softwood Cuttings of Taxus chinensis var. mairei
Abstract:In order to explore the optimal conditions for softwood cuttings of Taxus chinensis var. mairei, and solve the difficulties in breeding of Taxus chinensis var. mairei. In this study, the effect of callus rate, mean root rate, mean root number and mean root length of Taxus chinensis var. mairei by 5 factors including hormone, disinfectant time, hormone treatment, cutting age and matrix was assessed in order to study the softwood cuttings of Taxus chinensis var. mairei. The results showed that: the hormones, cutting age and matrix had obvious effects of Taxus chinensis var. mairei softwood cuttings, but disinfection and hormone treatment time had no significant effects on cutting rooting. The optimal combination for cutting was A2B1C1D2E1 that was IBA 1000 mg/L+potassium permanganate disinfection in 30 s+hormones in 30 s+adult tree cuttings+peat and perlite in ratio of 1:1.
