摘    要:为进一步做好山西省降雪天气预报,为农业生产提供更为精细的气象服务,满足农业防灾减灾和政府决策需求,文章选取2011年2月9—10日、2月25—28日和2010年3月13—14日的三次回流与倒槽作用下产生的大雪或暴雪天气过程,利用多种探测资料,全面比较分析了三次过程的降雪特征、环流形势演变及流型配置、各种物理量特征及其差异。结果表明:(1)由于高低空流型配置、水汽输送特征和动热力结构特征存在较大差异,造成三次过程的降雪强度、强降雪落区和持续时间不同。(2)强降雪过程中,地面存在中尺度切变、中尺度涡旋和中尺度辐合三种结构,三种结构的降雪特征差异较大。(3)卫星云图上分别表现为高空槽云系过境型、槽后云团发展型和锋面云系影响型,TBB的变化和对流层中上层水汽含量的增加对预报强降雪有指示意义。因此,充分掌握这些特征及其差异,并提炼关键的预报技术指标,才是做好此类天气精细化预报的重要途径。

Abstract:In order to accurately forecast heavy snow in Shanxi , provide more fine service for agriculture production, and meet disaster prevention and reduction and government decision, the author choose three heavy snow caused by reflow and inverted rough such as February 9th-10th, 25th-28th,2011, and March 14th-15th,2010, using various sounding data, comprehensively comparative analysis snow characteristic, circulation situation and its configuration, physical quantity characteristic, and their difference. The results showed that: (1) Due to the difference among circulation configuration, transfer characteristic of water vapor, and dynamical and thermal structure characteristic, there are much difference among snow intensity, area, and time of duration. (2) In the process of three heavy snow, there are three mesoscale structures such as mesoscale shear, mesoscale vortex, and mesoscale convergence which have great difference of snow characteristic. (3) There are three cloud types such as high-level trough cloud transit, cloud development after trough, and frontal cloud system. Change of TBB and increase of water content In the upper troposphere have Indicative significance for forecast of heavy snow. So, it is important way for fine forecast of this snow that fully understand these characteristics and their difference, and abstract key technical indicator of forecast.
