伏毛铁棒锤生物总碱的杀虫活性研究

摘    要:摘要:[研究目的]从伏毛铁棒锤中提取杀虫活性成分,研发新型高效植物源杀虫剂。[方法]对伏毛铁棒锤95%乙醇提取物进行脱脂、萃取及酸提取碱沉淀法获得生物总碱,以小叶碟添加法和浸虫浸叶法测定其对粘虫和枸杞蚜虫的生物活性。[结果]伏毛铁棒锤生物总碱对3龄粘虫具有较好的拒食和胃毒作用,拒食中浓AFC50分别为1.039mg.mL-1(24h)和0.573mg.mL-1,饲喂72h时,浓度为10.0mg.mL-1处理的粘虫校正死亡率达96.6%,对3龄粘虫的致死中浓LC50为1.939mg.mL-1,对枸杞蚜虫具有较强的触杀活性,浓度为10.0mg.mL-1处理校正死亡率分别达到87.2%(24h)和96.5%(48h),致死中浓LC50分别为2.243mg.mL-1和1.406 mg.mL-1。[结论]伏毛铁棒锤生物总碱对粘虫和枸杞蚜虫具有较强的生物活性。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to extract insecticidal active ingredients from Aconitum flavum, new high efficiency active plant insecticide was researched. The total alkaloid was obtained with the extract process of degreasing, extraction and the technology of acid-extraction alkali precipitation by using the extraction fraction of 95% ethanol. The leaf disk method and dipping pest and leaf-disk method were used to test bioactivity of the total Alkaloid against Mythimna separata and Aphis sp.The results showed that the total Alkaloid had higher anti-feeding and stomach poisoning activity against 3rd instar larvae of Mythimna separata. The median anti-feedant concentration (AFC50) were 1.039 mg/mL at 24 h and 0.573 mg/mL at 48 h respectively, and the corrected mortality reached 96.6% at concentration of 10.0 mg/mLduring 72 h, the median-lethal concentration (LC50) was 1.939 mg/mL against 3rd instar larvae of Mythimna separata. The total alkaloid also showed greater contacting toxicity against Aphis sp., the corrected mortality reached 87.2% at 24 h and 96.5% at 48 h respectively at concentration of 10.0 mg/mL, and the median-lethal concentration (LC50) was 2.243 mg/mL at 24 h and 1.406 mg/mL at 48 h respectively. It was suggested that the total alkaloid of Aconitum flavum had higher biological activities against Mythimna separata and Aphis sp.
