高低淀粉木薯品种可溶性糖运转、分配与块根淀粉积累的关系研究

摘    要:为了探讨高低淀粉木薯品种可溶性糖运转、分配与块根淀粉积累的关系,在大田条件下,试验以高低淀粉品种‘辐选01’和‘华南124’为材料,分别在各生育期测定块根淀粉积累量和根茎叶可溶性糖积累量。结果表明,高淀粉品种‘辐选01’茎杆的可溶性糖大部分时期比低淀粉品种‘华南124’高,块根可溶性糖大部分时期比低淀粉品种‘华南124’低;从块根形成初期到成熟期,块根可溶性糖呈明显下降的趋势,而茎和叶的可溶性糖先是随块根淀粉积累速率的升高而下降,后又在淀粉积累速率下降时明显升高,和淀粉积累速率趋势相反。在块根形成初期,可溶性糖的分配是块根积累量大于茎杆,茎杆大于叶片,而在成熟期,块根可溶性糖的积累量小于茎杆,茎杆小于叶片。由此可见,木薯可溶性糖的运转、分配与块根淀粉积累关系密切,高淀粉品种有更强的合成和转化利用可溶性糖的能力,而限制块根淀粉积累的主因是库限制。

Abstract:The high and low starch cassava cultivars‘SC124'and‘FuXuan01'were studied the relationship between soluble sugar's transportation,distribution and the root's starch accumulation. They were determined root's starch accumulation and root,stem,leaf soluble sugar accumulation in the growth period respectively in field conditions. The results showed that the accumulation of soluble sugar in the high starch cassava variety‘FuXuan01''s stem was higher than the low starch cassava variety‘SC124'in most of period and the accumulation of soluble sugar in root was lower than‘SC124'in most of period. Root's soluble sugar content was all significantly declined tendencies from the root formation in the early period to mature period. Stem and leaf's soluble sugar content first with root starch accumulation rate rose,then with the starch accumulation rate declined always significantly higher. They kept the opposite trend with starch accumulation rate. In the early root formation,the distribution of soluble sugar showed that root accumulation was greater than the stem; stem was greater than the leaf. But in the mature period,root soluble sugar accumulation less than the stem,the stemless than the leaf. The relationship between soluble sugar's transportation,distribution and the root'starch accumulation in cassava was very close. The high starch varieties had stronger ability to synthesis assimilate soluble sugar. And the main factor of limiting root starch accumulation was library limit.
