摘    要:通过L9(34)正交试验确定了Streptomyces microflavus 005的最佳培养基.优化后的培养基含:4.5%可溶性淀粉,0.5%蔗糖,4.5%豆饼粉,0.2%NaNO3,0.01%ZnSO4,0.001%KH2PO4.在最适发酵条件下,最高生物量(干重)由17.67 g/L提高到48.3 g/L.水培和小区试验结果表明Streptomyces microflavus 005能促进玉米种苗的生长并提高产量.

Abstract:The optimum medium of strain Streptomyces microflavus 005 is determined by orthogonal design L9(34).The optimized fermentation medium contains 4.5% soluble starch,0.5% sucrose,4.5% bean cake powder,0.2% NaNO3,0.01% ZnSO4,0.001% KH2PO4.Under the optimized fermentation condition,the maximal biomass(dry weight) was increased from 17.67 g/L to 48.3 g/L.The results of water culture and plots experiment indicated that Streptomyces microflavus 005 promoted the maize seedlings growth and increased grain yields.
