摘    要:30头健康、经直肠检查确定已妊娠的黑白花母牛 ,分成 5组 ,其中 4组为处理组 (T1 、T2 、T3、T4 ) ,1组作为对照组(CK) .各处理组分别添加 4种 Se添加剂 ,即 Se酵母 (Sel-Plex5 0 ,Alltech产品 )、混合 Se化合物 (70 % Se酵母 +3 0 %亚硒酸钠 )、Se氨基酸络合物 (主要是 Se蛋氨酸 )和亚硒酸钠 .试验持续了 1 68d,在此期间 ,对血液 GSH-Px活性、血清 Se水平、淋巴细胞转化率和 T细胞数做了测定 ,同时观察了某些繁殖性能的变化 .结果表明 :(1 ) GSH-Px活性和血清 Se水平 ,T1 、T2 和 T3显著高于 CK(P<0 .0 1 ) ,而 T4 亦高于 CK(P<0 .0 5 ) ;T1 显著高于 T2 、T3和 T4 (P<0 .0 5 ) .(2 )补 Se后第 70天测得的淋巴细胞转化率和 T细胞数 ,T1 和 T2 显著高于 CK(P<0 .0 1 ) ,而 T3、T4 高于 CK(P<0 .0 5 ) ;同时 T1 、T2 和 T3的淋巴细胞转化率和 T细胞数亦高于 T4 (P<0 .0 5 ) .(3 )补 Se明显改善了某些繁殖性能 ,如减少了每次受孕的配种次数并降低了诸如胎衣不下和子宫内膜炎等产科疾病的发病率 .试验也证明 ,补充有机 Se可明显提高母牛抗感染 ,促进淋巴细胞增殖 ,增进嗜中性白细胞的吞噬作用

Abstract:Thirty healthy Holstein Friesian dairy cows were used for the experiment. All of them were pregnant as confirmed by rectal palpation and divided into 5 groups, of which 4 were assigned for test groups (T 1, T 2, T 3, T 4) and one served as control (CK). Four different selenium (Se) sources namely Se yeast (Sel Plex50, from Alltech), mixture of Se compounds (70% Sel Plex50 + 30% Na selenite), Se amino acid complex (mainly selenomethionine) and Na nitrite were respectively supplemented to 4 test groups. Whole feeding experiment lasted for 168 days. During the experiment, the blood GSH Px activity, serum Se concentration, lymphocyte transformation rate and T cell count were determined, while some changes of reproductive performances were observed. The results showed as follows: (1) So far as blood GSH Px and serum Se concentration were concerned, T 1, T 2 and T 3 were significantly higher ( P <0.0l), and T 4 was slightly higher ( P <0.05) than control, T 1 was slightly higher ( P <0.05) than T 2, T 3 and T 4.(2) As for the lymphocyte transformation rate and T cell count measured on day 70 of Se supplementation, T 1 and T 2 were significantly higher ( P <0.01 ), and T 3 and T 4 slightly higher than control ( P <0.05), while the lymphocyte transformation rates and T cell counts of T 1, T 2 and T 3 were a little higher than that of T 4 ( P <0.05). (3) Supplemental Se significantly improved cows' reproductive performances including the reduction of services per conception and the incidence of obstetrical diseases such as retained placenta and endometritis. This experiment also demonstrated that organic Se supplementation could significantly enhance animal's resistance to infections, promote lymphocyte proliferation and phagocytosis of neutrophils as well.
