摘    要:目的]筛选适用于栀子花保鲜的保鲜剂。方法]以白色的大花栀子为材料,分别用100、150、200、300 mg/L的8-HQ和1.0%、1.5%、3.0%、5.0%的蔗糖及15.0%、30.0%、45.0%、60.0%的蛇床子配制保鲜液,测定栀子花的鲜重,研究不同保鲜剂对栀子花保鲜效果的影响。结果]200 mg/L 8-HQ处理的栀子花的重量变化比其他浓度的8-HQ处理都小,说明其采后衰老较慢。1.0%蔗糖处理的栀子花的重量变化比其他浓度的蔗糖处理都小,说明其对栀子花的保鲜效果较好。15.0%蛇床子处理的栀子花的重量变化较小,说明其采后衰老较慢。蛇床子对栀子花的保鲜效果没有8-HQ和蔗糖对栀子花的保鲜效果好。结论]200 mg/L 8-HQ、1.0%蔗糖、15.0%蛇床子3个处理对栀子花的保鲜效果较好。

Influences of Different Antistaling Agents on Fresh-keeping Effect of Gardenia jasminoides
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to screen the antistaling agents suitable for fresh-keeping of Gardenia jasminoides.Method] With the white G.jdsminoides as material,100,150,200 and 300 mg/L 8-HQ,1.0%,1.5%,3.0% and 5.0% sucrose,and 15.0%,30.0%,45.0% and 60.0% Cnidium monnieri were used to prepared the preservative solution,the fresh weight of G.jasminoides was detected and the influences of different antistaling agents on fresh-keeping effect of G.jasminoides were studied.Result] The weight change of G.jasminoides treated by 200 mg/L 8-HQ was less than that treated by 8-HQ with other concn.,which showed that the aging of the G.jasminoides under the treatment was slower after picked.The weight change of G.jasminoides treated by 1.0% sucrose was less than that treated by sucrose with other concn.,which showed that 1.0% sucrose had better fresh-keeping effect on G.jasminoides.The weight change of G.jasminoides treated by 15.0% C.monnieri was less,showing that the aging of the G.jasminoides under the treatment was slower after picked.The fresh-keeping effect of C.monnieri on G.jasminoides was not better than that of 8-HQ and sucrose.Conclusion] The fresh-keeping effects of 3 treatments of 200 mg/L 8-HQ,1.0% sucrose and 15.0% C.monnieri on G.jasminoides were better.
