沙质底质与无沙底质水族箱水质因子变化的比较

摘    要:目的]为水族箱的水质控制及增加水族箱的观赏性提供一些理论参考。方法]比较了沙质底质与无沙底质水族箱的pH值、氨氮等主要水质因子的变化趋势。结果]沙质底质和无沙底质水族箱pH值均先上升后下降,最后稳定在7.7左右,但无沙水族箱的变化幅度较大。无沙底质和沙质底质水族箱的氨氮含量都在9d后下降0.11mg/L左右,之后回升并稳定在0.15mg/L左右。无沙底质和沙质底质水族箱亚硝酸盐氮含量均先上升后下降,最后分别稳定在0.015和0.008mg/L左右。同期无沙底质水族箱的亚硝酸盐氮含量高于沙质底质水族箱,无沙底质水族箱的CODMn值大于沙质底质水族箱。3个水族箱的微藻总量都呈增长趋势,多样性指数无显著差异。结论]沙质底质水族箱环境因子的变化更平缓,其系统稳定性更强。
