基于ADAMS的勺式玉米精密排种器的优化分析

摘    要:在利用Pro/E软件建立勺式玉米精密排种器三维实体模型的基础上,运用ADAMS仿真分析软件对排种器进行仿真分析,按照排种器设计参数对排种器性能的影响规律,对排种器进行排种性能试验,同时运用ADAMS软件对试验建立的排种性能指标进行参数优化分析。优化分析结果是:排种器垂直倾角β=23.505°、水平倾角γ=9°、转动角速度ω=6.031rad/s。

Optimized Analysis of Disk-scoop-type Precision Metering Device of Maize Based on ADAMS

Abstract:Three dimension model of disk-scoop-type precision metering device of maize was established with Pro/E,dynamic sinmlation of the model was processed with ADAMS software. In order to study the influence of design parameters on seeding performances, seeding performance test was performed, and optimization of the parameters was conducted with ADAMS .The optimized results show that vertical angleβ is 23.505°, horizontal angle γ is 9°and rotation angular speed ω is 6.031 rad/so
