摘    要:本试验旨在研究饲粮硒对海兰褐种公鸡睾丸中硒含量和硒蛋白酶基因mRNA表达的影响.选取224只48周龄海兰褐种公鸡,随机分为7个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复8只.将亚硒酸钠(SS)和酵母硒(SY)2种硒源分别以3个硒水平(0.2、0.5和0.8 mg/kg)添加到海兰褐种公鸡基础饲粮中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,进行为期3...
