马尾松木材化学组分的遗传变异研究

摘    要:以30个22年生马尾松初级种子园自由授粉家系为材料,研究其生长与材性遗传。结果表明,树高、纤维素含量、苯醇抽提物和1%NaOH抽提物家系间差异达显著水平;纤维素和苯醇抽提物受中等强度控制,树高和1%NaOH抽提物受低遗传控制;纤维素与木材密度,冷水抽提物与热水抽提物呈极显著正相关性,1%NaoH抽提物与综纤维含量呈显著负相关,胸径、材积和水分分别与灰分成显著正相关;马尾松家系材性改良方案是幼林期进行生长和干型等表型选择,中龄期进行纤维素的正向选择(可用木材密度作为间接选择指标),苯醇抽提物为负向选择的参考指标。

Abstract:The 30 open-pollinated families from masson pine seed orchards 22 years old were used to detect the genetic variation on their growth and chemical constituents.There were significant differences at 0.01 level between families in tree height,cellulose content,benzene ethanol extractive and 1%NaOH extractive.Cellulose content and benzene ethanol extractive were found under moderate genetic control,but treeheightand 1%NaOH extractive were found under low genetic control.Wood density,cold-water extractive and hot-water extractive were significantly and positively related to cellulose,and diameter at breast height,stem volume and water were also significantly and positively related to ashes,but 1%NaOH extractive was significantly and negatively related to holocellulose content.
