牡丹休眠研究进展

摘    要:牡丹是我国特有的观赏、药用及油用植物,其种子、芽和试管苗都具有休眠特性,严重制约了牡丹的产业化发展,高效的解除牡丹休眠是加速其产业化发展的必然趋势。近年来,牡丹休眠的研究主要集中在种子和芽的休眠机理和解除休眠的手段上,但对于试管苗休眠的研究还处于初级阶段。该研究对近年来牡丹休眠所取得的进展进行综述,概述了牡丹种子和芽休眠的原因、机理以及解除休眠的方法,探讨了该研究中仍存在的问题。后期一方面应着重于种子和芽的休眠机理研究,另一方面需要针对牡丹组培苗休眠的问题进行研究,为解除牡丹休眠的方法提供参考依据。

Abstract:Paeonia suffruticosa is a unique ornamental,medicinal and oil plant in China.Its seeds、buds and test tube plantlet have dormancy characteristics,which seriously restricts the industrialization development of peony.In recent years,the research on dormancy of Paeonia suffruticosa mainly focused on the mechanism of seed and bud dormancy and the method of breaking dormancy,but the research on test-tube seedling,dormancy was still in the primary stage.In this study,the recent advances in Paeonia suffruticosa dormancy were reviewed,and the reasons mechanism and methods of breaking dormancy of Paeonia suffruticosa seeds and buds were summarized.And the problem in this research were also discussed.In the later stage,we should study the dormancy mechanism of seed and bud,on the other hand,we should study the dormancy of tissue culture seedlings of Paeonia suffruticosa,to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the method of breaking dormancy of Paeonia suffruticosa.
