石蒜属资源观赏性状分析及杂交育种研究

摘    要:以18个石蒜属资源为试材,采用定期观测结合流式细胞仪倍性鉴定的方法,研究了不同石蒜属资源的主要观赏性状、倍性以及不同杂交组合对结实率的影响,以期为新的具有自主知识产权的石蒜品种的选育提供参考依据。结果表明:不同石蒜属资源在观赏性状上存在差异,花色主要有大红色、蓝紫色、白色、黄色等,部分资源如长筒石蒜和中国石蒜,花葶长达56.41~62.24 cm,花大健壮,是用作切花的良好材料。对石蒜属资源的倍性进行分析,鉴定到二倍体种质12份,三倍体种质6份。根据优势互补原则,设计了64个杂交组合,对杂交结果进行了统计,换锦花、中国石蒜、红蓝石蒜和长筒石蒜等资源具有良好的杂交结实率,是后续杂交育种优良亲本材料。

Abstract:18 Lycoris spp.resources were used as materials to study the ornamental characteristics, ploidy and the effects of hybrid combinations on seed setting rate by periodic observation and flow cytometry, in order to provide basis for the breeding of new varieties with independent intellectual property rights.The results showed that there were differences in ornamental characters among different Lycoris spp.resources.The flower colors included bright red, blue purple, white and yellow.Some resources, such as Lycoris longituba and Lycoris chinensis had 56.41-62.24 cm long scape and strong flowers, which were good materials for cut flowers.By analyzing the ploidy of Lycoris spp.resources, 12 diploid and 6 triploid germplasm were identified.According to the principle of trait specificity and trait complementary, 64 cross combinations were designed, and the results were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the Lycoris sprengeri,Lycoris chinensis,Lycoris haywardii and Lycoris longituba had good cross seed setting rate, which was a good parent material for subsequent cross breeding.
