摘    要:以黄瓜为试材,采用模拟镉胁迫土壤盆栽试验的方法,研究了在镉胁迫(1.8 mg·kg^-1)下不同土壤水分(50%~65%WHC、65%~80%WHC、80%~95%WHC)对黄瓜株高、茎粗及产量、叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶系统(超氧化物歧化酶SOD、过氧化物酶POD、过氧化氢酶CAT)、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量及黄瓜果实、叶片、根部镉积累量的影响,以期明确不同土壤水分对镉胁迫下黄瓜生理调节机制及镉积累能力,为黄瓜生产提供参考依据。结果表明:土壤水分80%~95%WHC的处理下,镉胁迫黄瓜株高及产量增加,叶绿素含量升高,SOD、POD、CAT活性降低,脯氨酸、丙二醛含量降低,可溶性蛋白质含量升高,过量灌溉有利于降低黄瓜植株对镉的积累,缓解黄瓜镉胁迫。

Abstract:Taking cucumber as experimental materials,a pot experiment was conducted to simulate cadmium stress in soil,the effects of different soil moisture(50%-65% WHC,65%-80% WHC,80%-95% WHC) on the cucumber plant height stem thickness,and yield,chlorophyll content,antioxidant enzyme system(SOD,POD,CAT),proline content,malondialdehyde(MDA) content and cucumber fruit,leaf,root of cucumber under cadmium stress(1.8 mg·kg^-1) were studied.In order to clarify the physiological regulation mechanism and accumulation ability of cucumber under Cd stress by different soil moisture,and to provide theoretical and data support for cucumber production.The results showed that height and yield increased,chlorophyll content increased,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT,proline and malondialdehyde content and soluble protein content of cadmium-stressed cucumber decreased under the treatment of WHC of soil moisture of 80%-95%.
