| 摘 要： | 鸡球虫病是严重危害养禽业的一种寄生虫病。一直以来,鸡球虫病主要依靠药物来进行防治。但是,随着球虫抗药性问题的日益严重,抗球虫新药开发困难及人们对食品安全的关注,药物在球虫病控制中的作用越来越受到限制,因而用免疫方法来控制鸡球虫病日益受到重视,并有望成为主要的技术手段。目前鸡球虫免疫学研究主要集中在鸡球虫免疫原性、宿主免疫应答及寻找有效的鸡球虫保护性抗原等方面。近年来随着分子生物学和现代生物技术的发展,鸡球虫基因工程疫苗以其独特的优势显示其在未来球虫病控制中的诱人前景,并可能取代传统疫苗而成为鸡球虫病防治的主要手段。

| Abstract: | Avian coccidiosis is a kind of parasitic disease which endanger the birdsindustry seriously . All theti me ,avian coccidiosis mainly rely on the medicine to prevent and cure . As the problemof drug resistancebecame more and more serious in coccidia ,the difficulty in developing new medicine ,and people' s concernabout the food security ,the use of medicine in disease control function are becoming more li mited,there-fore usingi mmune method to control avian coccidiosis become more and more i mmportant ,and hopeful tobecome the main technological means .I mmunology of avian coccidiosis mainly focus on coccidiani mmuno-genicity,host i mmune response and coccidian protective antigen.In recent years ,with the development ofmolecular biology and modern biotechnology ,avian coccidiosis genetic engineering vaccine showed greatprospect based onits unique advantage in the future ,and may replace traditional vaccine and become themain means in avian coccidiosis' prevent and cure . |
