基于电液比例技术的摩擦焊机液压系统设计

摘    要:根据摩擦焊工艺的要求,设计了石油钻杆摩擦焊机液压系统.该系统采用电液比例技术实现压力的闭环控制;采用双液压泵结构来满足不同阶段对流量的不同要求.经实际应用效果良好.

Abstract:To meet technological requirements of friction wehting,a hydraulic system for drill pipe friction welding machine was developed,in which a pressure closed loop control was accomplished by adopting electro-hydraulic proportional valve.A double-pump in structure supplys a flow required by production process.The system work well in production.
