摘    要:植物病原的快速检测对于植物病害防控具有重要意义。重组酶聚合酶扩增(recombinase polymerase amplification,RPA)是近年建立的等温核酸扩增技术,具有灵敏度高、特异性强、适用于现场快速检测等特点,已在多个领域广泛应用。本文对重组酶聚合酶扩增技术的原理、特性、检测方法及其在植物病原体检测领域的应用进展加以综述。

Abstract:The rapid diagnosis of plant pathogens is essential for efficient prevention and control of plant diseases. Recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) is an isothermal nucleic acid amplification technology developed in recent years, which has been widely applied in many fields. It is suitable for on-site rapid detection with high sensitivity and strong specificity. In this paper, we review the principles, characteristics, detection methods of RPA and its applications in the detection of plant pathogens.
