摘    要:摘要:以淮麦35和镇麦10号为供试材料,采用实验室拌种模拟小麦发芽的方法,使用不同聚合度的壳寡糖拌种处理种子并对种子的发芽率、发病数、株高和根系的生长性状进行统计。结果表明,聚合度在2-7的壳寡糖对淮麦35的发芽率有较好的促进作用,聚合度13-18的壳寡糖对镇麦10号的发芽率有较好的促进作用。聚合度在2-7的壳寡糖对淮麦35和镇麦10号在种子萌发期间有明显的抗病作用。壳寡糖聚合度在2-7的样品其在淮麦35的发芽实验中株高和根系促生长作用表现最好。壳寡糖聚合度在13-18的样品在镇麦10号的发芽试验中,株高和根系促生长作用表现最好。综上,聚合度在2-7的壳寡糖应用在淮麦35拌种中具有抗病,促生长的优点,且对镇麦10号也有较好的抗病作用。聚合度在13-18的壳寡糖在镇麦10号的拌种试验中具有较好的促发芽、促生长作用。

The Effect of Seed Dressing with Chitooligosaccharides with Different Polymerization Degrees on Wheat Germination
Abstract:Abstract:Using Huaimai 35 and Zhenmai 10 as the test materials, the method of laboratory dressing to simulate wheat germination was adopted. The seeds were treated with chitooligosaccharides of different polymerization degrees and the germination rate, disease number, root top and The length of the lower part of the root is counted. The results showed that the chitosan oligosaccharides with a degree of polymerization of 2-7 had a better promotion effect on the germination rate of Huaima 35, and the chitosan oligosaccharides with a degree of polymerization of 13-18 had a better promotion effect on Zhenmai 10. Chitooligosaccharides with a degree of polymerization of 2-7 have obvious disease resistance to Huaimai 35 and Zhenmai 10 during seed germination. The samples with the degree of polymerization of chitosan oligosaccharides between 3-7 have longer root upper and lower roots in the germination experiment of Huaimai 35. In the germination test of Zhenmai 10, the samples with the polymerization degree of chitosan oligosaccharide between 13-18 showed the best performance in the upper and lower roots. In summary, the application of chitooligosaccharides with a degree of polymerization of 2-7 in Huaimai 35 seed dressing has the advantages of disease resistance and growth promotion, and has a good disease resistance effect on Zhenmai 10. Chitooligosaccharides with a degree of polymerization of 13-18 have a good effect on promoting germination and growth in the seed dressing test of Zhenmai 10.
