摘 要: | 为寻求伏旱烟区烤烟适宜采收成熟度,在铜仁烟区研究了云烟87中部叶不同采收成熟度对烤后烟叶品质的影响。结果表明:随着成熟度的提高,等级质量呈先升后降的趋势,CM_3上等烟率、均价较其他处理分别高0.81~4.74个百分点、1.02~2.05元/kg;化学成分含量及协调性总体以CM_3表现更好,CM_4次之,CM_1最差;评吸得分随成熟度的提高呈现出逐渐变好至CM_3后又变差的变化趋势,CM_3较其他处理分别高0.48~1.22分。建议铜仁伏旱条件下云烟87中部叶采收成熟度以CM_3即综合变黄程度约70%、主脉变白2/3左右为宜。
