桃树QT01芽变枝的酯酶(EST)同工酶分析

摘    要:分别取艳红桃树同一株上的芽变枝(样品1)和非芽变枝(样品3)以及芽变枝芽接离体株(样品2)的鲜叶进行了酯酶(EST)同工酶谱带分析.结果:样品1~3具有A1、B1、B2和C2共同谱带,其中,C1为样品3的独有谱带,样品1和样品2均缺失C1谱带,表明芽变源于C1谱带的缺失,样品1和样品3具有很近的亲缘关系,在嫁接无性繁殖条件下样品1和样品2的芽变性状稳定.

Abstract:The fresh leaves of Yanhong peach from homophyletic bud mutation(sample 1) and non-bud mutation(sample 3),and plant budding in vitro(sample 2) were analyzed by esterase isozyme.The results show that the sample 1,2 and 3 have common bands of A1,B1,B2 and C2.Band C1 is the special one of the sample 3 and lacking in sample1 and 2,which indicates bud mutation originates from loss of C1.Sample 1 and 3 has very close.Properties of bud mutation in sample 1 and 2 are stable under propagate conditions of grafting.
