摘    要:选用240只AA商品代出壳肉仔鸡进行试验,以探讨根据饲料中可消化氨基酸含量,研制菜籽粕型无鱼粉低蛋白肉仔鸡饲粮的饲用效果。结果表明:以可消化氨基酸为基础研制的菜籽粕型无鱼粉肉仔鸡低蛋白平衡饲粮,可降低饲粮蛋白质水平1-1.5个百分点,试验鸡49日龄体重达2158.26克、料肉比2.15:1,增重和饲料转化率均达到或接近鱼粉型高蛋白饲粮的效果;每吨菜籽粕型无鱼粉饲粮可比鱼粉型饲粮降低原料成本72-8

Abstract:n experiment was carried out on 240 one-day-old Arbor Acres commercial broiler chicks to ascertain the effect of non-fishmeal,low-protein,rapeseed meal type diet prepared on the basis of available essential amino acids on performance.The results show that:(1).Crude protein content of the balanced low-protein rapeseed meal type diet can be reduced by 1 to 1.5 percent points.The average body weigth of the birds fed on the available amino acid diet is 2158.26g and the ratio of feed to gain in weight is 2.150 at the age of 49 dayold.The effect of the diet on gain in weight and feed conversion efficicency are the same as on that of the fish meal type diet formulated from gross amino acids.(2).It can reduce the ingredient cost by 72-89 yuan per ton in comparison with the fish meal type diet of gross amino acid,and gain more profit by 0.277 yuan (RMB) per bird on the average and increase economic benefit by 14.45%.Therefore it is notably profitable to feed broiler chickens so it is considered to be an effective way in reasonable utilization of unconventional protein-feed resources,reducing production cost and raising economic benefit.
