摘    要:盆栽条件研究摩西管柄囊霉对再植和非再植毛桃实生苗生长、根际球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白含量以及水稳性团聚体含量和团聚体稳定性的影响。结果显示,再植处理显著地抑制了菌根侵染率。接种菌根真菌显著增加了再植和非再植毛桃叶、茎、根干重以及一级、二级和三级侧根数。同时,菌根真菌处理也显著地增加再植或非再植毛桃根际易提取球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白和总的球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白含量,提高非再植土壤各级水稳性团聚体含量和团聚体稳定性以及再植土壤1~2 mm粒级水稳性团聚体含量。文章暗示了接种菌根真菌能部分地缓解再植对毛桃的效应。

Effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on growth and rhizospheric soil structure of Prunus persica
Abstract:The present study was to investigate the effects of inoculation with Funneliformis mosseae on growth, rhizospheric glomalin-related soil protein contents, water-stable aggregate contents, and aggregate stability in peach (Prunus persica) seedlings grown in replanted or non-replanted soils under the potted conditions. The results revealed that root mycorrhizal colonization was inhibited in replanted soils, as compared with non-replanted soils. Irrespective of whether replanted or not, the inoculation with F. mosseae significantly increased leaf, stem, and root dry weights and the numbers of first to third-order lateral root. Moreover, mycorrhizal treatment considerably increased easily extractable glomalin-related soil protein and total glomalin-related soil protein concentrations in the rhizosphere of replanted and non-replanted peach seedlings. Mycorrhizal inoculation also significantly improved the contents of water-stable aggregates fractions in 2-4, 1-2, 0.5-1, and 0.25-0.5 mm size in non-replanted soils and the content of water-stable aggregate fraction in 1-2 mm size in replanted soils. Based upon these results, it suggests that mycorrhizal inoculation could partially alleviate the effect of replant on peach seedlings.
