甘蓝型油菜叶片光合作用与比叶重和气孔分布的关系

摘    要:研究四种甘蓝型油菜不同部位叶片净光合率与比叶重和上、下表皮气孔数量比的关系。结果表明,不同部位叶片上、下气孔数量比率约为0.57—0.87,叶片上、下表皮气孔密度之间有显著正相关。在饱和光强下,从腹面照光的叶片净光合率比从背面照光的高。两者的相关系数达显著和极显著水平.从腹面或背面照光的叶片净光合率与比叶重呈显著正相关,四种甘蓝型油菜叶净光合率与叶上、下表皮气孔数量比之间无显著正相关的关系。

Abstract:The stoma density(No/mm2)and distribution both epidermis of leaves of Brassica napus(Four cultivars:Qin you No.2,Dangyouzao, 2002,193)were stunied by impression method with light-rednail oil.Net photo-synthetic rate(Pn)of rape leaves were measured with an infrared gas-analyser under constant photon flux density(PFD),temperature and CO2 concentration.The results indicated that the stoma ratio of upper/lower epidermis was about 0.57 to 0.87.The stoma density of upper epidermis significantly correlatated with that on lower epidermis.On the contrary,upper surface(illuminated to upper epidermis)showed the larger photosynthetic rate than lower surface(illuminated to lower epidermis),namely Pn of illuminated to lower epidermis significantly correlated with upper epidermis.The lineal relationship between the specific leaf weight and Pn of the leaves(illuminated to upper or lower surface)of different positions in four cultivars has been observed.No significantly correlation between stoma ratio and Pn was found in four cultivars.
