摘    要:中度水分胁迫下蔗叶过氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶 ( CAT)活性、类胡萝卜素 ( car)含量均明显下降 ,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛 ( MDA)含量随水分胁迫强度加剧而迅速提高 ;同时水分胁迫加速细胞膜系统的损伤 ,质膜相对透性 ( PMP)加大 .耐旱品种如 FA81- 74 5、GT89- 5、YZ89- 151、YT86- 368的 MDA含量和PMP增幅较小 ,而 FI83- 13、MT70 - 611的 MDA含量和 PMP增幅较大 ,耐旱性较弱 .

Abstract:Results of the weakness of active oxygen scavengering involved the decrease of the catalase (CAT) activity, the decline of super oxide dismutase(SOD) activity and the carotenoid (car) content, the active oxygen accumulated to increase the lipid peroxidation of the plasma membrane and to promote the accumulation of malonaldehyde (MDA) under water stress. With the increase of water stress duration, the MDA content and plasma membrane permeability(PMP) were raised in the different degree depending on the tested genotypes and water stress duration. The less increment of the MDA content and PMP in the leaves exposed to water stress showed the strong drought tolerance in FA81 745,GT89 5,YZ89 151,YT86 368.The situations were turned out to be opposite in the other tested genotypes, e.g. FI83 13 and MT70 611.
