| 摘 要： | 针对双轴击切式玉米秸秆还田机破碎秸秆和根茬作业中存在的问题，提出利用秸秆收拢、单轴压切及碎秸秆、碎根茬与切土分离的原理，设计了玉米秸秆带状切碎灭茬机。试验结果表明：机具一次可同时完成秸秆切碎、根茬切碎联合作业；秸秆切碎合格率、根茬切碎合格率均高于国家标准规定的评价指标；实现了秸秆残茬覆盖率可调控性。机具能够满足保护性耕作技术的要求．并通过了部级鉴定。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the emerged problem in double shaft-chopper with hit shear way to chop stalks and Stubbles was pointed out. Narrow belt-shearing stalk and stubble chopper was designed based on the principle of collect-stalk, and press-chopping with single shaft, and that pieces of broken stalk and stubble can be separated from soil. The results of field test shows that chopper can make multiplex systems of chopping stalk and stubble at same time, and that qualified rate of chopping stalk and stubble has surpassed standard of country, and that rate of stalk and stubble covering ground can be controlled. The application of this chopper can meet the requirements of the conservation tillage technology. It has been approved by concerned department of government. |
