黑核桃砧和本砧香铃核桃的光合特性初探

摘    要:以高接在黑核桃上的2年生香铃和本砧香铃核桃为试材,测定其叶绿素含量和光合速率。结果表明:香铃/黑核桃的叶片中叶绿素a、b和叶绿素a+b含量显著高于香铃/本砧;用黑核桃做砧木,香铃核桃的最大光合速率为16.4μmo1CO2/(m2.s),大于本砧。二者羧化效率无差别。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted with 2-year-old "Xiangling",which used black walnut or walnut as rootstock.The photosynthesis characteristics and chlorophyll content were studied.The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a,b and(a+b) of "Xiangling"/black walnut were higher than those of "Xiangling"/walnut.The highest photosynthetic rate of "Xiangling"/black walnut was 16.4 μmo1CO2/(m2·s),which was higher than that of "Xiangling"/walnut.There was no significant difference of carboxylation efficiency(CE) between "Xiangling"/black walnut and "xiangling"/walnut.
