烤烟不同叶位烤后烟叶主要矿质营养含量差异研究

摘    要:对福建邵武地区大田栽培的烤烟各个叶位烤后烟叶的N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Mn 、Cu、B和Na的含量水平进行了检测.结果表明各个叶位的N素的含量变化较大.钾含量随着叶位上升,呈下降趋势;钙含量从第1到第14叶位逐渐降低,之后缓慢上升;锌和磷含量分布相同,分为两个不同的叶组,第1到第11叶位随叶位上升逐渐上升,第二个是12到21叶位;烟叶中镁和钙的变化趋势基本一致;第13和15叶位铜含量随着叶位的上升呈上升趋势;铁含量随着叶位上升有下降趋势,但第5、17和21叶位显著高于相邻叶位.硼、锰和钠的含量随着叶位的上升先逐渐下降,然后整体上呈上升趋势.同时对几种矿质营养积累的相关性进行了分析.

Abstract:The levels of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,calcium,magnesium,zinc,iron,manganese,copper,boron and sodium of flue-cured tobacco at different leaf positions grown in the Fujian Province were determined.The results indicated that the nitrogen concentration showed great variation at different nodes,potassium concentration decreased consistently with the rising of nodes,calcium concentration decreased from the first to the 14th nodes,and increased slightly from the 15th to the top leaf.The patterns of phosphorus and zinc concentrations in different nodes were similar and clearly showed two distinct groups of leaves.In the first group,they showed high concentrations at the positions in the lower half of the plant(positions 1 to 11) and in the second group including leaves higher than the 12th node,they exhibited significantly lower values.The patterns of magnesium and calcium concentrations in the different nodes showed some similarities.Except for the 13th and the 15th nodes,the copper concentration increased consistently with the rising of nodes,and the iron concentration decreased consistently with the exception of the 5th,17th and 21st nodes.The patterns of boron,magnesium and sodium concentrations in different leaf positions showed some similarities.They generally decreased from the first up to the 6th nodes,and exhibited an increase in the upper leaves.The correlations of nutrient concentrations of flue-cured tobacco leaves were also studied.
