不同种源黄连木种子形态多样性及地理变异分析

摘    要:为探究不同种源黄连木种子间的形态多样性及地理变异规律,对采自河北、河南等13个种源黄连木种子的形态指标和品质指标进行了测定。结果表明,不同种源黄连木种子的纵径、横径、横纵径之比、种子含水量、千粒重、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。采用主成分分析和隶属函数法对13个种源黄连木种子进行综合评估,其中红鹤种源和南果种源的综合评价更高,而白芟种源和曲阳种源种子则较差,二者的分析结果保持一致。聚类分析表明,当欧式距离大约为7.0时,13个黄连木种子可以分为3大类,各大类的种子性状产生了较大的差异。相关性分析表明,随着降水量的增加,种子的纵径呈逐渐减小的趋势;而随着年均温度的升高,黄连木种子的发芽势和横径都呈现增高的趋势。综上所述,不同种源黄连木种子性状间的差异不仅是由丰富的遗传分化引起的,同时还受到降水量、温度等环境因子的影响。

Analysis of morphological diversity and geographical variation of Pistacia chinensis seeds from different provenances

Abstract:In order to explore the morphological diversity and geographical variation of Pistacia chinensis seeds from different provenances, the morphological and quality indexes of P. chinensis seeds from 13 provenances such as Hebei and Henan were determined. The results showed that there were significant differences in longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, rate of transverse and longitudinal diameter, seed water content, thousand grain weight, germination rate, germination potential, germination index and vigor index of P. chinensis seeds from different provenances(P<0.05). The seed quality of P. chinensis from 13 provenances was comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis and membership function method. Among them, the seed quality of red crane provenance and Nanguo provenance was better, while the seed quality of Baishan provenance and Quyang provenance was worse. The analysis results of the 2 provenances were consistent. Through cluster analysis of P. chinensis seeds from 13 provenances, they could be divided into 3 categories when the Euclidean distance was 7.0.Correlation analysis between seed characters and geographical environment factors showed that the longitudinal diameter of seeds decreased gradually with the increase of annual precipitation. With the increase of annual average temperature and annual minimum temperature, germination potential and transverse diameter of P. chinensis seeds showed an increasing trend. In addition, with the increase of altitude, the longitudinal diameter, water content and vigor index of seeds also changed in varying degrees. In conclusion, the differences in seed traits of P. chinensis from different provenances were not only caused by rich genetic differentiation, but also affected by geographical environment factors such as altitude, precipitation and temperature.
