菊花总黄酮、多酚及水浸出物含量分析

摘    要:研究了杭菊和怀菊两类菊花中总黄酮及水浸出物的含量,并首次检测了菊花中多酚物质的含量。结果表明:杭菊和怀菊中总黄酮含量分别为51.76±1.06 mg/g、67.83±2.11 mg/g,RSD分别为2.06%、3.11%;多酚含量分别为102.25±2.64 mg/g、159.73±3.84 mg/g,RSD分别为2.59%、2.40%;水浸出物含量分别为506.90±2.56 mg/g、493.80±2.63 mg/g,RSD分别为0.51%、0.53%,该研究结论可为菊花功能活性成分的提取及综合利用提供理论依据。

Abstract:The contents of Flavonoids and water extracts in Zhejiang Chrysanthemum and Henan Chrysanthemum were researched. And this article examined in the content of chrysanthemum Polyphenols was determinated for the first time. The contents of total Flavonoids were 51.76±1.06 mg/g and 67.83±2.11 mg/g, and the RSD value were 2.06% and 3.11%. The contents of Polyphenols were 102.25±2.64 mg/g and 159.73±3.84 mg/g, and the RSD value were 2.59% and 2.40%. The contents of water extracts were 506.90±2.56 mg/g and 493.80±2.63 mg/g, and the RSD value were 0.51% and 0.53%. It may provide the scientific basis for extraction and synthesis utilization of chrysanthemum functional components.
