| 摘 要： | 从防灾减灾的角度出发,综合论述了森林植被与洪水、水土流失及其派生灾害的关系。森林在滞洪、水土保持等方面不容置疑的重大作用,森林植被的破坏将加剧洪水、水土流失,结合陕西省的状况提出了对策与建议。

| Abstract: | A summary review of the relation tetween forest vegetation and the calamifies to the flood, soil erosion, etc. is given. A vast number of investigation data shows that forest plays an important role in flood detention and water soil conservation. The destruction of forest will lead to in nsify the flood and soil erosion. Strategies and suggestions are presented in accordance with the actual situation of Shaanxi province. |
