| 摘 要： | 从烟农合作社的服务内容、服务半径以及服务人员的数量3个方面进行深入分析,探讨合作社单位效益与规模效益的相互联系,寻求平衡点和临界值,进而加以改进和试点,以为最终形成更为合理的烟农服务合作社运作模式奠定基础。

| Abstract: | The relationship between the tobacco farmers cooperatives'unit efficiency and scale efficiency was explored , mainly focused on three aspects of the tobacco farmers cooperatives , which included service content , service radius and the number of service staffs. In order to seek the balance point and the threshold in the tobacco farmers cooperatives , added by making improvement and piloting , relationship between the cooperatives and its scale merit were discussed here with the purpose of providing a more reasonable and rational basic model for the cooperatives. |
