源库改变对小麦籽粒蛋白质、淀粉含量和产量的影响

摘    要:利用蛋白质含量及产量各不相同的3个春小麦品种,研究了源库改变对淀粉、蛋白质沉积及单株产量的影响.结果表明,源库改变明显地影响着籽粒蛋白质含量,而对淀粉、可溶性糖合量影响不大;品种间蛋白质含量对源库变化的反应不同;千粒重的增减也因品种而异;淀粉的沉积主要受库的限制,而源库都影响着蛋白含量;旗叶在产量和蛋白形成中起着同样重要作用.

Abstract:Effects of source-sink alteration on protein, starch content and grain yield were investigated using three wheat cultivars differing in both yield and protein content.The results showed that:alteration of source-sink influenced grain protein content significantly,however,it had a liffle effects to the starch and soluble sugar content in grains.There were verietal responses to source-sink alteration in protein contont and thousand grain weight.The deposition of starch primarily depended on sink-limited events, and the protein content was influenced by both sink-limited and source-limited events. Flag leaf played the similiar role in protein accumulation as the formation of grain yield.
