| 摘 要： | 贝壳粉是一种含钙量极高的动物性矿物质饲料,被广泛应用于配合饲料的配方当中。但是普通型式的粉碎机在粉碎坚硬物料的过程中,存在着锤片和筛片磨损严重等一系列问题。针对这种情况,设计了一种无筛式粉碎机,采用了锤块,取消了筛片,用控制轮和衬套的间隙调节成品粒度,本文详细介绍了该机的设计过程。

| Abstract: | Oyster shell flour is a kind of animalized mineral feedstuff with higher calcium content, widely used in producing mixed feed. But common type disintegrator has a series of problems in the process of smashing the strong and tough material, such as striking part and sheet sifter have grievous abrasion etc. Aim at this problem, a kind of disintegrator is designed without sifter, in which adopted nubby striking part,cancelled sheet sifter, and through adjusting the clearance between weel and bush control the granularity. Furthermore, the process that machine designed was introduced in detail. |
