| 摘 要： | 根据粮食市场需求变化发展粮食科技,从提高粮食产品质量、开发粮食产品品种,提高资源利用和转换效率,培育粮食产业可持续发展能力入手,侧重于优化粮食产品的品质;发展绿色储粮技术;提高粮食产品的增值能力;改善粮食业的生态环境;开拓信息技术的应用。
