| 摘 要： | 应用定位监测方法对佛坪自然保护区内的大熊猫等野生动物资源进行了研究,获得了2003、2004年佛坪自然保护区内大熊猫、羚牛等主要野生动物的种群密度、样线上各物种丰富度指数、不同生境类型物种丰富度指数以及人类活动干扰强度指数。说明了保护区内以大熊猫为主的多种野生动物的动态变化趋势,大熊猫、羚牛等主要动物的种群状况基本处于稳定并略有增加,在垂直分布上呈上升趋势;影响大熊猫等野生动物动态变化的主要因素是人类活动的干扰及野生动物栖息地的破碎化等。

| Abstract: | Resources of wild animals such as giant panda in Foping National Nature Reserve were studied by spot monitoring method.Related data were obtained during 2003~2004 in the region,such as population density,frequency-area index(FAI) of each species on the sampling lines,FAI of each species in different habitat types,and index of human disturbance.The results showed that the population status of the main animal species were stable and increased slightly,the populations displayed increasing tendency in vertical distribution.Human disturbance and habitat fragmentation were the main factors influencing dynamic variation of wild animals. |
