| 摘 要： | 以5月营养生长期、7月开花前期、9月果期的斑地锦与地锦为材料,比较它们的总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性的差别.结果表明,斑地锦的总黄酮含量均低于地锦;开花前期斑地锦总黄酮含量为20.28～22.23 mg/g,地锦的为34.67～37.50 mg/g;斑地锦提取液还原力明显弱于地锦,并与总黄酮含量呈正相关;两者在超氧阴离子和羟自由基清除能力上差别不大,斑地锦提取液含量为1 mg/g时,对超氧阴离子的清除率为54%,地锦的为56%;斑地锦提取液含量为10 mg/g时,对羟自由基的清除率为89%,地锦的为92%.
