| Abstract: | By applying the system theory,an analysis is made of the complex relationship,the inner com- ponents and the formation laws of returning farming land to forestry system;And then the principles of ap- praising the sustainable development of returning fanning land to forestry system are put forward,and the fundamental method for appraising the sustainable development of returning farming land to forestry sys- tem is established. |
