摘    要:从土壤、棉花根际和棉铃虫肠道内分离、筛选出细菌8株,初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌属、假单胞杆菌属和肠杆菌属,对水稻白叶枯、棉铃疫霉、棉花黄萎病原菌进行抑菌试验,拮抗细菌以菌悬液和细胞菌体分别与Bt制剂混配感染饲料,以2龄棉铃虫生测的结果表明,培养液无杀虫效果,拮抗细菌发酵液、菌体对Bt制剂杀虫效果有不同的影响。拮抗细菌中5株芽孢杆菌对Bt制剂有较好的增效作用,其杀虫效果均达75%以上,防效接近HD┐73无晶体突变株

Abstract:The antagonistic bacteria against Phytophthora boehmeriae and Verticillium dahliae from soil sample,cotton rhizosphere and cotton bollworm midgut were screened by using pair culture method. Among them 8 strains (Bacillus sp.: S1, S4, Sd2, Sd9, St1; Pseudomons sp.: S19, St6; Enterobacter sp.: S10) were selected for further study. 2nd instar cotton bollworm were used in this study. The bioassay indicated that the ferment liquid of 8 isolates were found no insecticidal efficacy to bollworm larvae. However, spore from isolates S1, S4, Sd2, Sd9 and St1 can act synergistically with the insecticidal crystal proteins. The mortality caused by bacterialinsecticidal crystal protein combinations was up to 75% or more. The synergism was almost same as that of HD73 cry.
