| 摘 要： | 随着农村城镇化的加速发展,农村的经济得到大力推动,城乡的差距在不断缩小,但城镇化在促进农村经济发展的同时,也给农村的环境带来了威胁和挑战。该文旨在考察农村环境在城镇化背景下的现状以及目前中国农村环境保护的法律现状,分析导致农村环境污染的原因,从法治的角度提出保护农村环境污染的法律措施。

| Abstract: | With the accelerated development of urbanization in rural areas,it has promoted rural economy vigorous?ly,has narrowed the gap between urban and rural areas,but also has bringed threats and challenges to rural environ?ment. According to investigation of rural environment in the context of urbanization status and the current China's ru?ral environmental protection legal status,the paper analyzed the cause of environmental pollution in rural areas,and put forward the legal measures to protect the rural environment from the perspective of the rule of law. |
