| 摘 要： | 为了研究轴流脱粒与分离装置的工作过程,对轴流脱粒与分离装置的工作原理进行了分析,从概率的角度建立了轴向喂入的轴流脱粒装置的数学模型,并以螺旋叶片带板齿式轴流脱粒与分离装置为例,采用Matlab软件进行了模拟仿真.仿真结果真实地反映了试验结果,仿真出的未脱净率和夹带损失率较好地满足了技术要求.

| Abstract: | Working mechanism is analyzed on the axial threshing and separating unit in order to study the working process of axial threshing and separating unit. The mathematical model of threshing of axial unit with axial feeding is established based on the probability theory. Take helix lamina plank type of the axial threshing and separating unit for example, simulation has been done according to Matlab software. The simulation result is consistent to the test result. Threshing losses and separation losses of simulation satisfied the technology request very much. |
